ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Az utóbbi évtizedben az otoneurológiai kutatások eredményeinek klinikai alkalmazása, a gyors és magas prediktív értékű ágy melletti tesztek, az új eszközös vizsgálatok alkalmazása, illetve a modern képalkotó eljárások hozzáférhetősége egyfajta forradalmat indított el a szédüléssel járó kórképek diagnosztikájában. Hazánkban 2014 óta több továbbképzés, hands on kurzus, konferencia segítette a legmodernebb vizsgálati protokollok elsajátítását. Osztályunk otoneurológiai ambulanciáján 2016 óta egységes protokollt alkalmazunk az akut és krónikus szédüléssel vizsgálatra jelentkezett betegeinknél, illetve videookulográf alkalmazásával objektivizálni tudjuk a tesztek eredményét. Megvizsgáltuk kórházunkban 2017. és 2018. években az alkalmazott diagnosztikus és terápiás tevékenységünket, a „learning curve” alakulását, elemezve munkák eredményességét és hibáinkat. Végül rövid esetbemutatással szemléltetjük munkánk – teljes odafigyelés mellett is előforduló – „buktatóit”.
Experiences and Edifications of the Diagnostic Procedures and Therapy of the Vertigo in Kanizsai Dorottya Hospital.
SUMMARY
In recent years, there has been a revolution in the diagnostics of vertigo, initiated by the use of the results of the new otoneurological researches in clinical practice, the rapid and modern bedside tests with high predictive value, the application of new examinations with modern, clinical equipment and the accessibility of modern radiological methods. Since 2014 there have been several special vertigo trainings, hands on courses and conferences that have helped acquiring the modern diagnostic protocols and new bedside tests in Hungary. At our department’s otoneurological ambulance a unified protocol has been applied on patients with acute or chronic vertigo since 2016, in addition we can objectify the results of the bedside tests with the use of video-oculograpgh. In this study we examined our diagnostic and therapeutic activities and procedures, the development of our learning curve and analysed the success of our work and our mistakes in the years of 2017 and 2018.
