ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A schwannomák diagnosztikája gyakran okoz nehézséget, a vizsgálatok nem informatívak és sokszor még iránydiagnózisként sem merül fel ez az entitás. Két esetet mutatunk be, ahol a tumor a nervus trigeminus ágrendszerén jelent meg, meningocelét, illetve arctáji lágyrésztumort utánozva. Mindkét esetben csak a végleges szövettan igazolta a schwannomát. Irodalmi adatok alapján összegeztük, hogy van-e jellegzetes lokalizációja ezeknek a tumoroknak a fej-nyaki területen. A daganat szöveti eredetének bizonytalansága problémát jelent, mivel az utólag schwannomának bizonyuló esetekben az ideg reszekálása tartós posztoperatív panaszokhoz is vezethet, amelyekről adekvát diagnózis hiányában nem okvetlen tudjuk előre felvilágosítani a beteget.

SUMMARY
The differential diagnosis of schwannoma is difficult. The preoperative diagnostic tools do not provide enough information to draw conclusions in many cases, most of the time this entity is not even considered as a preliminary diagnosis. Here we present two cases, where these lesions originated from the branches of the trigeminal nerve. The schwannomas were mimicking a meningocele in the first case, and a benign soft tissue tumor on the face in the second case. The postoperative hystological examination verified the nature of the disease in both of the cases. We conducted a literature review to examine whether these tumors have a characteristic localization in the head-neck. Lesions of uncertain dignity that are proven schwannomas after surgery are a great challenge for the therapeutic team because the resection of the affected nerve could cause permanent postoperative complaints without an adequate preoperative patient education.
