ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Napjainkra a beültethető hangprotézissel történő rehabilitáció vált a legelfogadottabb lehetőséggé a teljes gégeeltávolítás következtében kialakult beszédképtelenség megoldására. Hazánkban az első beültetést Lichtenberger György végezte 1987-ben. Az azóta összegyűlt beteganyag – a szerzők tudomása szerint – jelenleg is a legnagyobb Magyarországon. Terjedelmi okokból, szerkesztői kérésre, a beszámoló egy egységet képezve, de két részre bontva kerül bemutatásra. A dolgozatban a szerzők röviden összefoglalják a postlaryngectomiás lehetőségeket, kiemelve az eltelt három évtized alatt 245 betegen szerzett tapasztalataikat, gyakorlatukat. Bemutatják az általuk alkalmazott beültetési technikákat, a legfontosabb perioperatív és posztoperatív teendőket, a fisztulával és a protézissel összefüggő problémákat, valamint a felmerülő funkcionális nehézségeket, továbbá ismertetik az azok megoldására alkalmazott eljárásokat, amelyekkel közel 90%-ban sikeres beszédrehabilitációt érnek el. A beszámolót egyben megemlékezésnek és főhajtásnak is szánják az egykori első hazai beültetés és az abban közreműködők előtt.

SUMMARY
Nowadays, rehabilitation with voice prosthesis has become the most accepted option for resolving speech failure resulting from complete laryngectomy. In Hungary, the first implantation was performed by György Lichtenberger in 1987. According to the authors, the accumulated number of patients is still the largest in Hungary. Due to editorial request, this work is presented split into two articles that together still represent a single and coherent whole. In the paper, the authors briefly summarize their experience and practice with 245 patients over the past three decades. They present the implantation techniques they use, the most important perioperative and postoperative tasks, the problems associated with fistula and prosthesis, and the functional difficulties that arise, as well as the procedures for solving them, with nearly 90% of success rate in speech rehabilitation. The report is also meant to be an expression of commemoration and appreciation for the first implant and its contributors.
