Az orrnyílásban megjelenő áttetsző folyadék csepegése nazális liquorcsorgásra utalhat. A csorgás kialakulhat fejet ért trauma után. Laboratóriumi vizsgálatok megerősítik a diagnózist. A csont és a dura sérülés helyét a koponyáról készült HR.CT- vizsgálat meghatározza. A felvételek áttanulmányozása segít a műtéti tervezésben, a technika kiválasztásában. A zárást külső behatolásból, vagy endoszkóp asszisztálása mellett lehet elvégezni. Az endoszkópos technikának számos előnye van.
A 73 éves férfi beteget egy éve fennálló traumás eredetű liquor csorgás miatt transethmoidalis meningokele zárás történt. A poszoperatív időszakban komplikáció nem lépett fel. Lumbál drén behelyezése nem történt, mivel nem észleltünk emelkedett agyvíznyomást. A perioperatív időszakban antibiotikum adása történt.
Az endoszkópos technikát biztonságos, a beteget kevésbé megterhelő eljárásnak tartjuk. A diagnózis felállításában és a műtéti tervezésben fontos a koponya nagy felbontású CT-vizsgálata.

The 73-year-old men had a transethmoidal meningocele closure due to trauma of liquor that had lasted for a year. Complication did not develop in the postoperative period. Lumbar drain not inserted, because not observed elevated intracranial pressure. Antibiotic was given in perioperative period.
The endoscopic technique is considered a safe, less burdensome procedure for the patient. In the diagnosis and in surgical planning, it is important to carry out the high resolution CT of the skull.
