ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS
Tanulmányunkban egy 56 éves férfi beteg esetét ismertetjük, akinél egy recidív frontobazális meningeoma miatt kombinált craniofacialis feltárásból végeztük el a tumorreszekciót. Az eset részletes bemutatásán túl igyekeztünk felhívni a figyelmet a műtéti technika kritikus pontjaira, valamint a sebészi anatómia alapos ismeretének fontosságára. Mindezek mellett hangsúlyt helyeztünk a craniofacialis rekonstrukció egyes lehetőségeinek bemutatására is.
Surgical removal of a recurring and destructing frontobasal meningeoma that invades into the nasal cavity: resection via craniofacial approach
SUMMARY
Hereby we present the case report of a 56-years-old male patient with a recurring frontobasal meningeoma, who underwent a craniofacial approach with the aim of complete tumor removal. Beyond the particular case representation, our aim was to make attention on the pitfalls and critical points of surgical technique and also on the importance of fundamental knowledge of surgical anatomy, respectively. Nevertheless, we also emphasized and presented the current options of craniofacial reconstruction.
