ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők többszörös bőrmetasztázist adó atípusos gégekarcinoid esetének ismertetése kapcsán áttekintést adnak a gége neuroendokrin tumorairól. A pontos hisztológiai diagnózis az alapfeltétele a megfelelő terápia megválasztásának. Felhívják a figyelmet a hazai irodalomban alig publikált neuroendokrin gégetumorok korrekt ellátására, mellyel a beteg túlélési esélyei jelentősen javíthatók.
SUMMARY
The purpose of this paper is to describe a case of a laryngeal carcinoid which presented with multiple skin metastases. Based on this case report the authors also searched the literature to review the neuroendocrine tumors of the larynx. The accurate histological diagnosis is essentional in order to make proper therapeutic plan. The authors also emphasise that on one hand not many papers has been published about neuroendocrin laryngeal tumours in the Hungarian medical literature, and on the other hand correct and up to date management of the patient is essential in order to improve their survival chances.
