ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők beszámolnak az 1995. július 1. és 2002. október 10.-ig közötti időszakban a hangprotézis implantáció előtt végzett inszufflációs teszttel szerzett tapasztalataikról és eredményeikről. A tesztet azzal a szándékkal végezték, hogy egyrészt felmérjék annak valószínűségét, hogy a betegnek mi az esélye a folyamatos beszédre az implantáció után, másrészt, hogy kiszűrjék azokat, akiken myotomiát kell végezni a musculus constrictor pharyngis inferior, illetve musculus cricopharyngeus spasmusa miatt. 55 beteget vizsgáltak. Az inszufflációs vizsgálatok eredményeit összevetették a hangprotézis implantációt követő beszédérthetőséggel. A vizsgálatokból arra a következtetésre jutottak, hogy bár az inszufflációs teszt eredményei nem teljesen fedték a hangprotézis beültetését követő eredményeket, mégis a teszt jól orientál a műtét után várható beszédminőségről, illetve, hogy az oesophagotrachealis punkció és hangprotézis implantáció előtt vagy után kiegészítő műtétre lesz-e szükség.
SUMMARY
In this study the authors publish their experiences and results achieved between 1-st July 1995 and 10-th October 2002, in the field of preoerative insufflation-test before voice-prosthesis implantation. On the one hand, this test was performed in order to estimate the chances of fluent speaking ability after implantation: on the other hand, to find out whether that particular patient requires myotomy in order to eliminate the spasm of the inferior constrictor pharyngeal or the cricopharyngeal muscle. A total of fifty-five patients have been tested to date. The results of the insufflation-test have been compared with the quality of speaking after imlan- tation. On the basis of the studies carried out, it can be concluded that although the experiences of the preoperative insufflation-test do not always correlate with results achieved after the voice-prosthesis implantation, but the test applied in order to predict the postoperative quality of speaking, and to decide whether additional surgery is required before or after the esophagotracheal puncture and the voice-prosthesis implantation.
