A szerzők otoliquorrhoeával társult gyermekkori meningitis esetét ismertetik. A liquorrhoea hátterében congenitalis okot, a persistáló canalis petromastoideuson keresztül fennálló liquorfistulát találtak es oldottak meg. Irodalmi adatok alapján taglalják az otoliquorrhoea lehetséges okait.
SUMMARY
The authors present a case of childhood meningitis associated with cerebrospinal fluid otorrhea. During the surgical solution they found congenital origin as a cause, namely a cerebrospinal fluid fistula through the persistent petromastoid canal. The possible causes of the cerebrospinal fluid otorrhea are discussed on the basis of literature.
