ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők röviden áttekintik a dacryocystorhinostomia (továbbiakban DCR) történeté t és a legújabb irodalmát. Foglalkoznak a könnyelvezető rendszer elzáródásának pathogenezisével. Közlemények alapján beszám olnak az endonasalis DCR, ill. endoscopos laser DCR műtétek eredményeiről és nehézségeiről. Ismertetik az általuk alkalmazott műtéti technikát, eredményeiket. Hangsúlyozzák a fül-orr-gégészet és a szemészet szoros együttműködésének jelentőségét ezen kórkép diagnosztikájában, kezelésében és postoperativ gondozásában.
SUMMARY
The authors survey the history of dacryocystorhinostomy (DCR) and,the recent literature. They deal with the pathogenesis of occlusion of lacrimal conducting system and,with examinations,which are necessary to setting up the indication of an operation. On the basis of publications,the authors render account of results and difficulties of endonasal DCRrespectively endoscopical LASER-DCR operations. They write about their own operation-technique applied in patients and,their results. It is emphasized the close co-operation between E.N.T. and, ophthalmologist specialists in diag-nosis, treatment and, postoperative follow up of the patient.
