Szerzők 11 rosszindulatú daganat m iatt csak teljes gégeeltávolítással gyógyítható beteg hangrehabilitációját Provox hangprotézis implantációjával oldották meg. Cikkükben ism ertetik a protézis működési elvét, előnyeit és hátrányait, összehasonlítva a nyelőcsőhanggal és az elektrolarynx használatával.
SUMMARY
Autors carried out voice-rehabilitation of the patient healable only through complete larynx-removal because of 11 malignant tumours with the implantation of a Provox voice prosthesis. In their article they describe the functioning principle of the prosthese, its advantages and disadvantages, comparing it with the gullet-voice and the use of electrolarynx.
