ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők myasthenia gravisban szenvedő 16 beteg 31 fülén vizsgálták az impedancia viszonyokat, stapediusreflex küszöböt és a musculus stapedius fáradását. A vizsgálatokat GSI 33 mikroprocesszoros középfül analizátor segítségével végezték. A normál nyomásviszonyok mellett a stapediusreflex küszöböt myastheniás betegeken az esetek 93%-ban magasabb szinten tudták kiváltani az ép hallású kontrollcsoporthoz képest. Stapedius fáradást 71%-ban tudtak kimutatni. (Mestinon (60 mg pyridostigmin bromid) reversibilis cholinesterase bénító adása után a reflexküszöb csökkent, a fáradás csak 50%-ban jött létre. A szerzők részletesen áttekintik az MG audiologiai diagnosztikájának irodalmát. Felhívják a figyelmet a módszer szélesebb körű hasznosítására a diagnosztikus nehézséget jelentő ocularis és bulbaris típusú MG eseteiben.
The diagnostical value of stapedius reflex and stapedius reflex effort in cases of myasthenia gravis

Lampé: The diagnostical value of stapedius reflex and stapedius reflex effort in cases of myasthenia gravis The authors have examined the impedance conditions, stapedius reflex threshold and, the effort of stapedius muscle on 31 ears in 16 patients, who suffered from myasthenia gravis. The examinations have been done with the help of a GSI 33 microprocessor middle-ear analysator. Besides normal compression conditions, they found the stapedius reflex threshold for elevated in 93% of the cases. Strpedius reflex effort could be demonstrated in 71%. The reflex threshold was decreased after giving (60 mg pyrid jstigmine bromide) Mestinon, a reversible cholinesterase paralyzing medication and, the effort came only in 50% into being. The authors review the audiological diagnostical literature of myasthenia gravis in detail. They call the attention to the wide ranging exploitation of the method in cases of ocular and bulbar types of myasthenia gravis, where the diagnosis can be sometimes difficult to set up.
