ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők humán felnőtt és fetalis belsőfül struktúráit vizsgálták immunhisztokémiai módszerrel apoptosis kimutatása céljából. Kísérleteik során kimutatták, hogy míg a fetalis belsőfülstruktúrák magas apoptotikus aktivitással rendelkeznek, addig humán felnőtt belsó'fülben nem volt apoptosis kimutatható. A proliferating cell nuclear antigén (PCNA) párhuzamos immunhisztokémiai kimutatásával információt kaptak az apoptotikus aktivitás és a sejtek proliferátios aktivitásának összefüggéséről. In vitro kísérlet során a belsőiül Aktinomycin-D-vel történt perfundálása után indukált apoptosist lehetett kimutatni. Kísérleteik során felvetik, hogy az apoptosis mechanizmusa szerepet játszik a belsőiül funkciózavarainak kialakulásában.
Examination of apoptosis in human inner ear.
SUMMARY
The authors investigated human adult and fetal inner ear structures immunhistochemically for the purpose to detect apoptosis. They found high apoptotic activity in fetal inner ear structures with paralell positive stainings for PCNA. On the contrary there was no detectable apoptosis in the adult cochlear structures. During in vitro experiment the cochlea was perfused with Actinomycin-D, a well-known apoptosis inducer. After perfusion apoptotic activity was detected. On the base of their experiments the authors suppose the possible role of apoptosis in the mechanism of inner ear disturbancy.
