ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők áttekintik a Haller-sejtek anatómiáját és tárgyalják gyakoriságát. Ismertetik pathologiai szerepüket, mely részben önmaga megbetegedése által, részben mechanikusan, esetleg a kettő együttesen a szomszédos orrmelléküregek gyulladásos elváltozásainak egyik okozója lehet. Jelenlétüket potenciális megbetegedési forrásnak tartják és kifejezett pneumatisatio, illetve az arcüreg-szájadékot jelentősen beszűkítő elváltozás, valamint önmaga megbetegedése esetén műtéti megoldását javasolják. Ehhez elengedhetetlennek tartják az orr gondos előzetes endoscopos vizsgálatát és az orr- melléküregekről készített coronalis CT-felvételeket. A szerzők az infraorbitalis sejteket megnyitják, az arcüregszájadékot szabaddá teszik. Egyéb anatómiai elváltozások, illetve az orrmelléküregek kóros elváltozása esetén ezeket is szanálják.
The pathological role of Haller's cells of the ethmoidal cellsystem in inflammation of paranasal sinuses.
SUMMARY
The authors survey the anatomy of Haller’s cells and, review the frequency of their occurrence in the mirror of their pathological role. The local inflammation of these cells and, probably a mechanical effect can he a cause of inflammation of neighbouring paranasal sinuses.
Presence of Haller’s cells is supposed, that they are a potential disease-source and, if there is a distinct pneumatization, or any alteration, which narrows the maxillary sinus ostium in a considerable way, or the disease of Haller’s cells, it is advised to do an operation.
To this, it is indispensable the careful previous endoscopical examination of the nasal cavity and, the coronal-CT scans made of the paranasal sinuses.
The authors open the infraorbital cells and, set the maxillary ostium free.
In case of other anatomical changes, or pathological alterations of paranasal sinuses, these are to be sanated too.
