ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők tíz középfülgyulladásban szenvedett beteg cochleájának post mortem vizsgálatát végezték monoklonális, a monocyta/macrophag rendszer kimutatására szolgáló ellenanyagokkal, immunhisztokémiai módszerrel, választ keresve arra, hogy a középfülgyulladás egyidejű fennállása okoz-e a belsőfülben direkt immunstimulációt, illetve immunhisztokémiailag kimutatható elváltozásokat. A kísérletek során a normál cochleában sem az úgynevezett nyugvó, sem az aktivált macrophag populáció nem kimutatható. Negatív eredményt kaptak a natural killer sejtek kimutatására szolgáló anti Leu-ll-markerrel is. Három csontminta esetében kaptak pozitív festődést 27E10-re. A pozitivitást a basilaris membrán mesotheliális elemeiben detektálták.
Immunhistochemical examination of the inner-ear in case of chronical otitis media.
SUMMARY
The authors have done post mortem examinations of the cochlea of ten patients, who suffered from otitis media, with monoclonal antibodies, used to demonstrate the monocytic/macrophageal system, by immunohistochemical method. They wanted to get an answer to, whether otitis media existing at the same time causes direct immunstimulation, respectively revealable changes in the inner-ear, demonstrated with immunohistochemical methods. In the course of the examinations, either the so called static, or the activated macrophage population was not traceable in normal cochleas.
The authors got a negative result with anti Leu-11 marker too, which would have been able to demonstrate the presence of natural killer cells. There was a positive colouring with 27E10 only in three cases of bone samples. The positivity was detected in the mesothelial elements of basilar membrane.
