ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők összehasonlították 40 normális hallású fülön mért tranziens otoakusztikus emisszió (TEOAE) frekvencia spektrumát és multifrekvenciás tympanometriával mért rezonancia-frekvencia (f0) értékét. A 40 TEOAE átlagos frekvencia spektrumának maximális értéke beleesett az f0 átlag ± szórás (1026±217Hz) sávba.

The Relationship of the Middle-ear Resonance Frequency and the Frequency Spectrum of the Otoacoustic Emission.
SUMMARY
The authors compared the frequency spectrum of transiently evoked otoacoustic emission (TEOAE) measured at 40 ears with normal hearing with the value of resonance frequency (fo) measured by multifrequency tympanometry.
The maximal amplitude of the average power spectrum of the TEOAE is overlapped by the mean value of fo±lSD (1026±217 Hz).
The authors discuss the significance of these results in the further clarification of the physiology of hearing.
