ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők közleményükben az elmúlt másfél évtizednek a belsó'fül immunitására vonatkozó kutatásait foglalják össze. Az autoimmunitás oki szerepére utaló irodalmi adatok alapján részletesen elemzik az idegi halláscsökkenéssel járó belsőfülbetegségek - lassan progrediáló idegi halláscsökkenés, Méniére-betegség, acut halláscsökkenés - klinikai vonatkozásait. Áttekintik a laboratóriumi és klinikai diagnózis felállításának kérdéskörét, valamint a rendelkezésre álló terápiás lehetőségekkel nyert eddigi tapasztalatokat. Felhívják a figyelmet arra, hogy az idejében felvetett diagnózist követő steroid és/vagy cytostatikus therápia esetenként tartós hallásjavulást eredményezhet.
The role of autoimmunity in diseases concerning the inner ear (literary survey).
SUMMARY
The authors summarize in their publication the researches concerning immunity of inner ear, published during the last one and a half decade. On the basis of literary datas, regarding causal role of autoimmunity, they analyse the clinical relations of the inner ear diseases, going with neural hearing deficiency together - like neural hearing diminishing of slower progresion, Méniére’s disease and, acute hearing deficiency, in detail. The authors review the problem of raising of laboratory- and clinical diagnosis, as well as experiences gained with possibilities of therapy, being available till now.
They call the attention to the fact diagnosis taken up early, can help in followed steroid and/or cytostatic therapy, to gain hearing improvement of lasting degree in certain cases.
