ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző a Blom-Singer punkció módszerét egyszerűsítette. Az endo-extralaryngeális tű- átnyomó műszer és a katéterre rögzíthető hegyes fémkúp segítségével endo-extra oesophagotrachealis fistulaképzést végzett. A hangprotézist az így kialakított fistulába helyezte el.
A módszer előnye, hogy a belülről kifelé történő fistulaképzés során az oesophagus hátsó fala nem sérülhet.
A method for simplification of the Blom-Singer pucnture for voice prosthesis implantation
SUMMARY
The author has simplified the Blom-Singer puncture. The fistula is formed with the help of his new device, the endo-extralaryngeal needle carrier and a pointed metal cone fixed to the catheter. The voice prosthesis is placed in the fistula formed thus in an endo-extra oesophagotracheal way. The advantage of the method is, that when the fistula being formed from inside out, the back wall of the oesophagus will not become injured.
