ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők ismertetik egy korán diagnosztizált rhinocerebralis mucormycosisban szenvedő diabeteses férfibeteg (30 é.) kórlefolyása kapcsán az invazív, 30-50%-ban lethalis opportunista fertőzéssel kapcsolatos tapasztalataikat.
A gangraenas-necrotisaló szövetek radicalis, sorozatos eltávolítása, amphotericin-B 4- 6 héten történő adása, a diabeteses ketoacidosis rendezése eredményes volt, a beteg reconstructios műtétek előtt áll.
A recovered case of rhinocerebral mucormycosis
SUMMARY
The authors review their experiences, gained with a rhinocerebral mucormycosis case, which was detected early in a 30 year old male patient, who suffered from diabetes mellitus too. This disease is invasive and, in 30- 50% of the cases lethal because its infection opportunity.
Cyclical, radical ablation of gangrenic-necrotic tissues, giving Amphotericin-B during 4-6 weeks, the settlement of diabetic ketoacidosis was effective; the patient is prepared for reconstruction operations.
