ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A glas ionomer cement az 1970-es évek elején kifejlesztett új anyag, ami gél állapotban hordható fel és gyorsan megkeményedik. Csonthoz műtéti körülmények között is jól kötődik, biocompatibilis, így ragasztáshoz jól használható.
Alkalmazására számos példát találunk az irodalomban. Szerzők saját, limitált tapasztalata alapján vitathatatlannak tűnik az anyag használhatósága a szétvált incudo- malleolaris illetőleg incudo-stapedialis ízület összeragasztására, továbbá az incus hosszú szárának pótlására.
Nagyon hasznos csontlebenyek fixálására a középfül üregrendszerében vagy az orrmel- léküregekben.
Óvatosság ajánlható a toxicitás tisztázásáig olyan esetekben, amikor a ragasztó a csontszöveten kívül más (pl. ideg) szövettel, illetvea test valamilyen folyadékterével kapcsolatba kerülhet.

SUMMARY
Glas ionomer cement is a new substance, which has been developed in the beginning of the 70’s and, can be carried up in gel-condition and, it hardens quickly.
It links well to bone also under operative circumstances, this material is biocompatible, so it can be used well to gluing.
To its application, we find numerous examples in literature. On the base of own, limited experiences of the authors, ot seems indisputable, that this substance is useful to glue the incudo-malleolar-, or incudo-stapedial joint, when it is splitted, furthermore for replacement of the long bow of incus.
It is very useful for fixation of bone-flaps in cavity systems of middle ear, or paranasal cavities.
Cautiousness is recommended till toxicity should be cleared in such cases, when this glue-substance can come into connection out of bone tissue, (like nerve), respectively with some kind of liquid-space of the body.
