ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők 11 eset alapján a nyelőcsőbe palliativ célból helyezett elzáródott endoprotézisek újra átjárhatóvá tételét és az endoprotézis állapotának vizsgálatát írják le. Felhívják a figyelmet arra, hogy az endoprotézis elzáródásának megszüntetése fül-orr-gégészeti és nem gastroenterológusi feladat. Nem elég az endoprotézist teljes hosszában szabaddá tenni és az átjárhatóságról meggyőződni, hanem a distalis vég vizsgálatát is el kell végezni, még a műtőasztalon.
About endoscopical tasks in connection with esophageal endoprosthesis.
SUMMARY
The authors describe the tasks of passing through of closed endoprostheses placed into the esophagus because of palliative purpose, in 11 patients. The condition of prosthesis is examined too.
It is drawn the attention to the fact, that to put a stop to the closure of endoprostheses, is a task of ENT specialists and, not of gastroenterologists.
It is not enough to deliver the whole endoprosthesis in its length and, convince oneseld of it, but it must be done the examination of distal end too, still on the operationg table.
