A szerzők a széndioxid-lasersugár hangszalagra gyakorolt szöveti hatásának vizsgálata és 182 laser-laryngomicroscopos beavatkozás tapasztalatai alapján laser-laryngomicroscopos tipusműtéteket ajánlanak a sugárparaméterek pontos meghatározásával.

SUMMARY
The authors recommend on the basis of their 182 LASER-laryngomicrosurgical interventions, types of operations. They examined histologically demaged zones in consequence of application of focused CO2- LASER impulses in human vocal chords. It has been veryfied, that the demaged zones are elliptical. By reason of this, they recommend the excision at choosing of histological influence of LASER-beam.
