ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők ismertetik a valleculára, nyelvgyökre is rátérjedó supraglotticus gégerák miatt supraglotticus horizontalis gégeresectióval kombinált, nyelvgyök resectiós műtéttel operált betegük esetét. A műtét után a nasogastricus tápszonda eltávolítását követően először félrenyelés, majd nyelési képtelenség alakult ki. A nyelési képtelenséget a musculus constrictor pharyngisek myotomiájával szüntették meg. A beteg 3 évvel a műtét után tünet- és panaszmentes, étkezése zavartalan.

SUMMARY
The author writes about his own case, where the patient has been operated because of supraglottical cancer, which was spreading to the vallecula and, tongue-root too and, the supraglottical horizontal laryngectomy must had been combined with tongue-root resection.
Subsequently, of removal of nasogastric feeding-tube, which was placed in situ after the operation, it was to observe first a swallowing aside, then a total disability of this function. The author has put an end of this problem with myotomy of the constrictor pharyngis muscle.
The patient is well and symptomfree 3 years after the operation and, his repast is untroubled.
