ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerző új légcsőkanül-adapter kialakítását és klinikai alkalmazásának lehetőségeit ismerteti. A légcsőkanül-adapter csatlakoztatható a W. RUSCH-cég által gyártott Biesalski féle kanülre, illetve kis átalakítás után egyéb műanyag kanülökre is. Az adapter alkalmazása különösen a laryngectomia utáni első időszakban ajánlott, amikor a betegek légcsőváladékának képződése fokozott. A légcsőkanülre csatlakoztatott adapter megakadályozza a légcsőváladéknak a környező emberekre, tárgyakra köhögését. Mivel a műtét utáni első napokban a légcsőváladékhoz esetenként vér is keveredhet, AIDS-es beteg esetén ezen eszköz használata az ápolószemélyzet védelme szempontjából kiemelt jelentőségű lehet. A zavartalan légzés biztosítása mellett lehetővé teszi, hogy a beteg a test által felmelegített, párásított levegőt lélegezze be. A légcsókanül és a vele csatlakoztatott adapter pszichés előnye, hogy fölé kötött sál alatt elrejthető anélkül, hogy a sál köhögés után váladékos lenne, vagy a kanül nyílását elzárná.

SUMMARY
The author gives account of the development and clinical application-possibilities of a new tracheal-canule adapter. The tracheal-canule adapter can be connected with the Biesalski canule, produced by the W. Rüsch firm, resp. after a transformation of a little bit, it is suitable to other plastic canules too. The application of the adapter is recommended especially in the fust period after the laryngectomy of patients, because at that time, the tracheal secretion is in a greater extent increased. The adapter connected with the tracheal canule prevents the coughing of tracheal secretion upon surrounding people and subjects.
Since the first days after operation there can be mixing also blood to the tracheal secretion, so in the case of AIDS-patients, the use of this instrument is of great importance in the respects of protection of nursing personal.
It makes beside the undisturbed breathing possible, that the patient should inhale the vaporous air, made warm by his body. The psychical advantage of the tracheal-canule and the with it connected adapter is, that it can be hidden under the shawhl bound over it, without to be full of secretion, after coughing, or to block up the opening of the canule.
