ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők esetük ismertetése kapcsán felhívják a figyelmet arra a tényre, hogy az actinomycosis előfordulására gyermekkorban is számítani kell. Ismertetik az actinomycosis patogenezisét, tünettanát, kezelését. Felhívják a figyelmet egy ritka lokalizációra egy 10 éves gyermek parotis actinomycosisa esetében. Abeteg félkonzervatív eljárással (punkciók + Penicillin-, ill. Khon-kezelés), esztétikailag kifogástalan állapotban gyógyult.

SUMMARY
The authors deal with their own actinomycosis case and, rise the attention to the fact, that this disease can occur in childhood too. It has been described the pathogenesis of actinomycosis, the pathography and treatment. In their case they found the infection in the parotid gland of a 10 year old child. The patient was recovering after a semi-conservative therapy (punctions+Penicüline and Klion) esthetically, with excellent result.
