A szerző a specifikus immunterápia hatásáról számol be vadkender-pollenosis okozta rhino-comjunctivitis és asthma bronchiale eseteiben. A kezelés hatékonyságát a klinikai tünetek, valamint az in vivo és in vitro immunológiai tesztek változása alapján vizsgálta. A Pharmalgen Short Ragweed (Pharmacia) oldattal végzett kezelés kifejezett klinikai javulást eredményezett, azonban az immunológiai leletek a klinikai kép javulását nem követték.
Our experiences with wild-hemp (Ragweed) pollinosis gained by specific immunotherapy.
SUMMARY
The author deals with the effect of specific immunotherapy in cases of wild-hemp (Ragweed) pollinosis caused rhino-conjunctivits and bronchial asthma. The effect of therapy was examined on the basis of changes of clinical symptoms and, immunological tests in vivo and in vitro. The treatment with the Pharmalgen Short Ragweed (Pharmacia) lotion brought a significant clinical improvement, nevertheless the immunological reports did not follow the improvement of clinical aspect.
