A tumor patoanatómiai jellemzői alapján értékelik a klasszikus Shamblin-íé\e csoportosítást, műtéttechnikai észrevételeket tesznek, felhívják a figyelmet a várható korai posztoperatív szövődményekre, és azok kontrolljának fontosságára.

The authors present a succesful operation of the very rare malignant chemodectoma which has not been published in the Hungarian literature. They analise the Shamblin classification, make remarks with the operational technique. The anthors call the attention for the early postoperative complications and for the importance to controll them.
