ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző 1981—1988 közt 26 betegen végzett külső dacryocystorhinos- tomiát (DCR) könnytömlő-elzáródás miatt. Két betegnél történt kétoldali műtét. A 15 hónaptól több évig tartó követési idő alatt a sebé- szileg kialakított könnyelvezetés jól működött a műtétek 88%-ában. E kedvező eredmény a helyes indikációval, illetve a microchirurgiai technikával magyarázható. A szerző szerint az orrműtétek repertoárjába e módszer is beletartozik, és a jövőben mind gyakrabban kerül alkalmazásra.

SUMMARY
patients because of the obstruction of the lacrimal sac. Bilateral operation was performed on 2 patients. In 88% of the operations the surgically solved lacrimal discharge functioned satisfactorily during the follow-up which lasted from 15 months to several years. This favourable result may by explained by the correct indication and by the microsurgical technique. In the opinion of the author this method belongs also to the repertoire of the nasal operations and will be used increasingly often in the future.
