ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők a cutan malignus melanoma hangszalag metastasisának ritka esetét ismertetik. A primer exscisiót követően 20 hónappal multiplex metastasisokat adó daganat belszervi áttéteinek első jele — retrospektive — a rekedtség volt. A klinikai diagnózis azonban további fél év eltelte után vált nyilvánvalóvá, a jobb valódi hangszalag melanomára jellemző, livid duzzanata révén, melyhez már dyspnoe is társult.A szerzők a metastatikus hangszalagtumort laryngomicroscopia során távolították el, a szabad légút biztosításához a beavatkozás elegendőnek bizonyult. A beteg haláláig dyspnoe nem alakult ki.
Malignant melanoma metastasis of the vocal cord.
SUMMARY
The infrequent ease of the metastasis on the vocal cord of a cutaneous malig- nantmelanoma is described. Considering the case retrospectively hoarseness was the first sign of the metastasis in the internal organs of the tumor producing multiple metastases, 20 months after the primary excision. Clinical diagnosis became evident however only after further 6 months when a livid swelling characteristic of melanoma appeared on the right true vocal vord and was accompanied already by dyspnea. The metastatic vocal cord tumor was removed in the course laryngoscopy, the intervention was sufficient for making the respiratory way free. Neither dyspnea nor tumor were found to recur until the death of the patient in the larynx.
