ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők az utóbbi 5 évben perkután módszert alkalmaznak az arckoponya latero-maxillaris törésének repozíciójára. Eljárásuk szerint a járomcsont alá vezetett nagy méretű csonthoroggal a tört részt kifelé húzzák és egyben rotálják.
A 26 beavatkozás közül a horoggal végzett repozíció 21 esetben sikeres volt. 5 esetben a tört rész kiemelése után a fragmentum nem fi- xálódott, ezért 3 betegnél Caldwell-Luc szerinti, két betegnél Lothrop szerini arcüregműtét során azt az üreg felől rögzítették.
A beavatkozás gyors, kíméletes, ezért a hasonló típusú — a statisztikák szerint emelkedő számú — sérülések ellátására ajánlják.
Percutaneoous reposition оf maxillo-zygomatic fractures.
SUMMARY
The authors applied percutaneous method for the reposition of latero-maxillary fractures of the splanachnocranium in the recent 5 years. According to their technique the fractured part was pulled outward and rotated simultaneously by means of a large-sized bone hook introduced under the cheek bone. Of 26 interventions the reposition by hook was successful in 21 cases. In 5 cases the fragment failed to become fixed following lifting thus it was fixed from the sinus side with maxillary sinus operatuon performed in 3 cases with Caldewell-Luc technique and in 2 cases with Lothrop’s technique. The intervention being quick and of little harm is recommended for the treatment of injuries of similar type. The number of these cases is rising according to the statistics.
