ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők a Singer—Biom punkcióval szerzett első tapasztalataikról számolnak be. Hat olyan betegen végeztek hangprotézis-implantációt, akik laringektómia után nem tudták az oesophago-pharyngeális hangképzést elsajátítani. 6-ból 5 beteg a hangprotézis segítségével ismét képessé vált érthetően beszélni. Utóbbi 5-ből 4 beteg hangja folyamatos és tökéletesen érthető lett a beavatkozás eredményeként. 1 beteg beszéde érthető lett, de nem folyamatos. E betegen a szerzők m. constrictor pharyngis inferior spasmusa miatt myotomiát terveznek. A 4 tökéletesen beszélő beteg közül 1 annak ellenére, hogy a protézissel nyert hanggal meg volt elégedve, az eszköz időnkénti cseréjével, gondozásával kapcsolatos nehézségek miatt kérte annak eltávolítását.
First experiences with the implantation of phonal prosthesis.
SUMMARY
The authors report on their first experiences with Singer-Blom punction. Phonal prosthesis was implabted in 6 patients who were unable to learn after laryngectomy the esophago-pharyngeal phonation. The speech of 5 of the 6 patients became agein distinct with aid of the phonal prosthesis. Continuous and perfectly distinct speecht was attained with the aid of phonal prosthesis with 4 of the latter 5 patients as a resul of the intervention. One patient produced distinct but hot notinuous speech, owing to the spasm of the m. constrictor pharyngis inferior of this patient the author plan to perform myotomy. Though being satisfied the speech attained with the prostesis one of the 4 patients with éerfectly distinct speech asked for the removal of the instrument owing to tne difficulties of its periodical change and care.
