ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző ismerteti az actinomycosis fertőzés klinikai megjelenési formáit, kórokozóját. Közli a pathogenitás »feltételeit, a fertőzés útját, valamint a therápiás lehetőségeket. Felhívja a figyelmet egy saját, különleges megjelenésű actinomycosisos eset kapcsán arra, hogy minden cervicofaciális régióban észlelt — klinikailag nehezen behatárolható — elváltozás esetében gondolni kell erre a ritka fertőzésre is, amely akár neoplasmát is utánozhat.

SUMMARY
The clinical forms and the pathogen of actinomycosis infection are described. The conditions of pathogenicity and ways of infection as well as the therapeutical possibilities are dealt with. In connection with a case of the author showing special appearance the attention is drawn to the fact that the occurrence of this infrequent infection which may imitate even neoplasma must be taken into consideration if the alteration in the cervicofacial region is difficult to define clinically.
