ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A tartós intubálás elterjedésével megemelkedett a posztintubációs, heges szubglottikus szűkületek és ennek következtében a tartós kanülviselők száma. A szerzők ismertetik a laryngotracheális stenosis iegelterjedtebb műtéti megoldásait és az indikáció kérdését. Leírják hat gyermeken sikerrel alkalmazott műtéti módszerüket. A betegek adatait táblázatban közlik, egy esetük kórlefolyását részletesen közreadják. Hangsúlyozzák a teammunka jelentőségét a kezelésben. Fontosnak tartják a megelőzést, hiszen minden esetben biztos sikerrel alkalmazható megoldás jelenleg még nincs.
Surgical solution of postintubation subglottic stenosis of childhood
SUMMARY
With the spread of continuous intubation the number of postintubational, scarry, subglottic stenoses grew and consequently the number of persons wearing permanently cannulas increased as well. The authors describe the most widely used surgical solution of laryngotracheal stenosis and the problem of indication. Their method applied successfully with 6 children is presented. A Table contains the data of the patients and the course of the disease in 1 case is described in details. The significance of team-work in the treatment is stressed. Prevention is held important considering the fact that solutions applicable successfully in each case are not yet available.
