ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők a gége külső megnyitásával eltávolítottak egy olyan elváltozást, amely szövettanilag ismételten papillomának bizonyult. A resecatum szövettani diagnózisa azonban verrucosus carcinoma volt. A műtétet követően a tumor később recidivált. Az eset kapcsán áttekintettük a verrucosus car- cinomákról szóló irodalmi adatokat. Tapasztalatok alapján lényegesnek tartjuk a klinikus és a patológus szoros együttműködését, a helyes diagnózis felállításához.
Warty cancer of the larynx.
SUMMARY
With the external opening of the larynx the authors removed a formation proved to be papilloma by repeated histological examination. The histological diagnosis of the resection material was however warty cancer. Following the operation the tumor recurred later. In connection with the case the literature of warty cancers is reviewed. On the basis of the experiences the importance of a close collaboration between clinician and pathologist is emphasized for making the correct diagnosis.
