Szerzők elkülönítik a hangszalag szabad széléről és ventricularis felszínéről kiinduló glotticus rákokat. Utóbbit, a laphám-hengerhám határról kiinduló, ún. junctionalis tumorként önálló kliniko-pathologiai egységnek tartják, mely histogenesisében és invazivitásában eltér. Ezen tumorok intralaryngealis terjedésének részletes leírását adják meg his- topatholoigiai vizsgálatok alapján.
Marginal and junctional cancer of the true vocal chord.
SUMMARY
The authors differentiate cancer types of the glottis setting out from the free margin of the true vocal chord and, ventricular surface. The latter is considered as a reliant clinico-pathological unit setting out from the dividing line of the epithelium-cilindrical margin, like so called junctional tumour, which differs in its histogenesis and, in- vasionability. They give a detailed description of intralaryngeal expansion of these tumours on the basis of histopathological investigations.
