ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők 7 éves időtartamban kezelt 93 hirtelen halláscsökkenéses beteg audiológiai adatainak retrospektív feldolgozása alapján vizsgálják a tiszta- hang-küszöbérték prognosztikai jelentőségét. „Egyenes” küszöbgörbe esetén 45 %-ban, míg „emelkedő” küszöbgörbe esetén 73 %-ban, illetve „eső” küszöbgörbe esetén 84 %-ban észleltek hallásjavulást. Ezek alapján értékes prognosztikai jelentőséget tulajdonítanak a tisztahang-küszöbgörbe alakjának: egyenes küszöbgörbe esetén kisebb, emelkedő és eső küszöbgörbe esetén nagyobb a beteg esélye a teljes restitúcióra.
The prognostical importance of the threshold-curve in sudden decrease of hearing.
SUMMARY
The authors studied the prognostical importance of pure-tone thresholds gained in 93 patients with sudden decrease of hearing, during a 7 year period, on the base of retrospective audiological data-elaboration. In cases of „direct” thresholds they observed hearing improvement in 45 %, in „ascending” thresholds in 73 % and, in „dropping” thresholds in 84 %. According to these observations, they attach great importance to these observations, they attach great importance to the figure of pure-tone thresholds: in cases of linear thresholds, there is a smaller chance, in cases of ascending, or dropping thresholds, there is a better chance to the whole restitution of hearing of the patient.
