ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:

Szerzők 153 zárt tympanoplasztika eredményeiről számolnak be. A rövid, ill. hosszú columellával történt rekonstrukció esetében 65 %-ban, ill. 57 %-ban értek el, átl. 23 dB-es hallásjavulást. Ép hallócsontláncolat esetén végzett myrin- goplastika „overlaid”, ill. „underlaid” típusánál 83 %-ban, ill. 86 %-ban maradt ép a novomembran. A rövid, ill. hosszú columellával történt rekonstrukció esetében 60 %-ban, ill.

Appraisal of tympanoplastical/results with computer.

SUMMARY

Authors give account of results of 153 tympanoplasties done cvith closed-method. To elaboration of datas and, valuation of it, they used the Commodore-64-K type computer. Gain of hearing was obtained in cases of mesotympanic otitises in 82 % (22 dB), in cases of cholesteatomas in 57 % (20 dB). 100 % was the improvement of hearing in myringoplasties. Hearing improvement after reconstruction with short-, or long columellas was obtained in 65 % respectively in 57 % (23 dB). In cases of intact hearing- bone-chain myringoplasties done with „overlaid” resp. „underlay” method, the no- vomembrane was hale in 83 % resp. 86 %. Normal anatomical conditions with total sanation-effect was obtained in 60 % resp. 43 % when they used the short-, or long- columella approach for reconstruction. Recurrent cholesteatoma was seen in 5 case, and, in 8 patient developed a spontane radical mastoid cavity-like condition on the operated ear. The authors emphasize the advantages of computer-appraisal and elaboration, what is now not quite enjoyed by us; it is not easy to compare the older publications and the up to date statistics, but in the future, the computer ensures just the possibility, to elaborate and to store the homogenous/datas.
