ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők maxillából kiinduló, többszöri recidiváló ameloblastos carcinoma esetét ismertetik. Az alkalmazott terápia radikális sebészi eltávolítás volt cytostatikus kezeléssel kombinálva. Az eset kapcsán ismertetik az odontogén carcinomák új pathologiai osztályozását. Hangsúlyozzák, hogy a malignus ameloblastoma és az ameloblastos carcinoma megkülönböztetése a terápia helyes megválasztása miatt is indokolt.

SUMMARY
Authors give account of a case of ameloblastic cancer, starting from the maxilla and where they saw more recurrences of the tumour. Applied therapy was radiel surgical ablation, combined with cytostatic treatment. According to their case, euthors deal with modified pathologic classification of odontogene cancers. They emphasize, that distinction of malignant ameloblastoma from ameloblastic cancer is important for choice of real therapy.
