ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Szerzők myasthenia gravisban vizsgálták az acusticus impedantiával mérhető stapedius reflexet Tensilon injectio előtt és után nagy beteganyagon. Myastheniára jellemző lehet a reflex késése, az amplitúdó alacsony volta, a reflex gyors fáradása, a Tensilon-test pathognosticus, gyors hatása. A reflex kiválthatósága és myastheniás jellege függ a betegség formakörétől, a betegség tartamától, a betegek életkorától és a betegség therápiás reactibilitásától. Pozitív esetben a test a myasthenia mellett értékesíthető jel, negatív és paradox esetben azonban nem kizáró jellegű és értékű.

SUMMARY
The authors examined the stapedial-reflex measured on acoustic impedance in patients with myasthenia gravis, before and after giving Tensilon-injection, in a big series. Late arrival of the reflex, the lowness of amplitude, getting quickly tired of reflex, the pathognostic quick effect of Tensüon-test, all may be characteristic to myasthenia. Producing of the reflex and, myasthenic character depends on form and duration of the disease, on the age of patients and, on the therapeutic reactibility of disease.
In positive cases, the testing can be an evaluative sign to myasthenia; in negative and paradox cases though it is not of exclusive worth.
