ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők Magyarországon először rekonstruáltak PM myocután lebennyel nyelvtestre-nyelv- szélre-mandibulára-állcsúcsi lágyrészre terjedő szájfenéki tumor é.s annak nyaki áttételei miatt végzett monoblock műtét nagyméretű defektusát. Lényegi módosítás nélkül, hasonló indikációval további 7 beteget operáltak. A rekonstrukcióra a preparálásban és mobilizálásban általuk módosított PM izomnyelű bőrlebenyt használtak.
Eredményeik funkcionális és esztétikai szempontból jók.

Reconstruction of the defect of operated T4N1 cancer of the floor of the mouth with PM myocutaneous island flap modified by the authors.
SUMMARY
The authors reconstructed with myocutaneous flap — first in Hungary - the extensive defect after a monoblock operation which was performed because of the tumour of the floor of the mouth propagating to the corpus of the tongue, the rim of the tongue and the mental soft tissues as well as because of the neck metastases of the tumour. For the reconstruction they applied the major pectoral muscle myocutaneous flap whose preparation and mobilization was the authors’ modification.
Their results are good both of functional and of aesthetic point of view.
