ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők egy férfi esetét ismertetik akinél jobb oldali hallásromlás, fülzúgás, szédüléses rohamok és a belsőfül betegségét jelző audiológiai és otoneurológiai tünetek miatt a patogenezist kutatták.
Először a glicerin próbát végezték el, melyet sóterhelés előzött meg. A sóterhelés harmadik napján a beteg oldalon a hallás nagymértékben romlott és a fülzúgás, szédülés fokozódott. A glicerin szokásos adagja nem javította a hallást. A bevezetett értágító kezelés a hallást javította és az egyéb panaszok megszűntek.
SUMMARY
Hearing impairment appearing after salt tolerance test, during glycerin test.
The case of a man is reported, in whom because of hearing impairment on the right side, tinnitus, and vertiginous attacks -, as well as because of audiologic and otoneurologic symptoms characteristic of the disease of the inner ear the pathogenesis has been investigated by the authors. First glycerin test - preceded by salt loading - was performed. On the 3rd day of the salt loading the hearing on the diseased side impaired considerably and the tinnitus as well as the vertiginous attacks increased. The usual dose of glycerin did not improve the hearing. Vasodilating treatment, however, improved the hearing and also the other complaints ceased.
