ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
Az ethmoidomaxilláris tumorok Со 60 gömbökkel történő, számítógépes besugárzás tervezésen alapuló intracavitális brachycurie terápiájáról írnak. 11 különböző' Со 60 forrás- elrendezés dóziseloszlását több síkban kiszámították a Philips Therapy Planning System brachytherápiás programjának segítségével. Ezáltal lehetővé válik a dóziseloszlás térbeli rekonstrukciója, valamint az optimális forráselrendezés kiválasztása a mindenkori klinikai kívánalmaknak megfelelően. Tárgyalják ethmoidomaxilláris tumoroknál az intracavitalis brachycurie terápia indikációs területeit és a sugárvédelem kérdéseit.

Possibilities of the cavern radiocobalt spheric treatment based on the computerized irradiation planning in ethmoido-maxillary tumours.
The intracavital brachycurie therapy of ethmoidomaxillarytumours performed witc Co 60 spheres -based on computerized treatment planning - is reported by the authors. With the aid of Phillips Therapy Planning System the dose distribution of 11 various Co 60 dose arrangements has been calculated on different levels. Thusn the spatial reconstruction of the dose distribution-, as well as the choice of the optimal source arrangement in conformity with the clinical requirements are possible. The indication fields of the intracavital brachycurie therapy in case of ethmoido-maxillary tumours - and the problems of the radiation protection are discussed.
