ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők vázolják a nagyothalló és siket gyermekek oktatóíntézeti elhelyezésének jelenlegi rendjét. 134 gyógypedagógiai ellátást igénylő nagyothalló v. siket gyermek anamnesztikus adatainak és vizsgálati eredményeinek alapján elemzik a fejlődésüket akadályozó tényezőket, azoknak gyakoriságát és 'okait. Felhívják a figyelmet a korai diagnózis és hallókészülék ellátás szükségességére és az audiológiai gondozás fontosságára. Hangsúlyozzák a szoros és egyetértő orvosi és gyógypedagógusi együttműködés fontosságát a speciális oktatóintézeti elhelyezés javításának érdekében.
SUMMARY
Otorhinolaryngological standpoints of the accommodation in educational institutes of children hard of hearing and deaf children.
The actual system of the accommodation of children hard of hearing and deaf children is outlined. On the basis of the anamnestical data and the examination results of 134 children hard of hearing and deaf children, resp., necessitating accommodation in homes for backward children the factors impeding their development, theri frequency and causes are analyzed. Attention is called to the necessity of early diagnosis, the use of hearing aid as well as to the importance of audiological care. The impostance of the strict collaboration of the doctors and the specialists in the treatment of backward children is emphasized, in order to obtain satisfactory accommodation in special educational institutes.
