ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők csecsemő és gyermekkori felső légúti megbetegedésekben morfológiai módszerekkel vizsgálták a vírusfertőzést. Az elektronmikroszkópos negatív festési eljárás eredményét a concanavalin-A-peroxidaze elektronmikroszkópos citokémiai reakcióval vetették össze. Megállapították, hogy vírusfertőzésekben a nyálkahártya hámsejtjeinek concanavalin- A-peroxidaze reakciója jelentősen megváltozik, utal a vírusfertőzés lehetőségére. A két morfológiai módszer együttesen alkalmas a vírusfertőzés bizonyítására.
SUMMARY
i: Electron microscopic examinations-of the changes of the mucous membrane of the upper respiratory tract in infants and yuong children.
The viral infections and the possibilities of their diagnosis in diseases of the upper respiratory tract in infants and yuong children have been examined by the authors with morphological methods. The result of the electron microscopic negative staining method has been compared with the concanavalin-A-peroxydase electron microscopic cytochemic reaction.
In viral infections, considerable change of the concanavalin-A-peroxidase reaction was observed, - this points to the possibility of viral infection. Simultaneous use of these two morphological methods is suitable for the demonstration of viral infection.
