ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők ismertetik a beszéd megtartására, helyreállítására, vagy pótlására irányuló törekvéseket és lehetőségeket a gégetumor miatt végzett műtéteknél. A teljes gégekiírtás utáni hangrehabilitáció sebészi módszerei közül kiemelik Staffleri „neoglottis phonatoria”- képző műtétét. Hangsúlyozzák a módszer egyszerű voltát, merész szemlél ti újszerűségét. Hat műtét közül öt sikeres Staffieri-plasztika végzéséről számolnak be és a módszert röviden ismertetve, ajánlják totálexstirpáció és totálexstirpáció + block dissectio műtéti típusokba való beépítésre.

Staffiert s speaking fistula, developed in connection with total laryngectomy: the authors’ experiences.
In connection with operations performed because of laryngeal tumour, the possibilities and striving after conservation, restitution or substitution of the speech are discussed by the authors. Among the surgical methods of the sound rehabilitation after .total laryngectomy Staffieri’s „neoglottis phonatoria” forming operation is emphasized. The simple performance and the audacious, modem character of the method are pointed out. Out of 6 operations in 5 patients successful Staffieri’ plastic intervention could be performed. The method is discussed in detail and it is advocated for building in the surgical types of total extirpation and total extirpation + block dissection.
