ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerző beszámol nyitott bronchoscoppal, apnoéban, Bethune és mtsai által módosított Sanders, Venturi jet lélegeztető eljárással, 36 eset kapcsán szerzett tapasztalatairól.
Oxigénforrásként a Boyle-típusú, MIÉ. Cavendish V. altatókészülék állandó, 4,2 kp/cm2 munkanyomású oxigén-mellékkivezetőjét használja a Bethune és mtsai által ajánlott bronchoscop-tűfúvóka átmérő kombinációkhoz. Megszakító-szelepként a fogászati fúrógép kompresszorának, légszárításra használatos kézidarabját alkalmazza.
Az irodalmi adatok és saját tapasztalata alapján útmutatást ad az eljárás gyakorlati kivitelezéséhez. Értékeli az ismertetett technika előnyeit összehasonlitva egyéb lélegeztető eljárásokkal.
SUMMARY
The authors’ experiences with the modified Sanders, Venturi jet respirator in bronchoscopy.
On the basis of the experiences gained in 36 cases the results of Sanders, Venturi jet respiration - modified by Bethune and co-workers - performed with open bronchoscope, in apnoea, are discussed.
As oxygen source the auxiliary oxygen efferent of an anaesthesia apparatus of Boyle-type (MIE. Cavendish V.) with working pressure of 4,2 kg/cm2 was used, in the diameter combinations of the bronchoscope needle jets recommended by Bethune and co-workers. Ás interruption valve the hand piece of a dental engine suitable for air draying Was used.
On the basis of the data of the literature and his own experiences advice is given for the practical performance of the method. The technical advantages of the method are compared with otherartificial respirations.
