ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A parotistumorok posztoperatív sugárkezelésénél tekintettel kell lenni a nyaki gerincvelő terhelhetó'ségére. A szerzők által vizsgált besugárzási módszerrel a parotis malignus tumorainak posztoperatív sugárkezelése oly módon végezhető el, hogy a célvolumenben biztosított viszonylag magas gócdózis mellett, a környező anatómiai képleteket még elfogadható sugárterhelés éri.

Development of the dose conditions in case of two-area telecobalt irradiation of parotidean tumours.
In case of post-operative radiation treatment of parotidean tumours the tolerance capacity of the cervical cord is to be taken into consideration. With the irradiation method used by the authors the post-operative radiation treatment of the parotidean malignant tumours may be performed in such manner that besides the relatively high focal dose given in the target volume the environing anatomical formation should be exposed to still acceptable loading.
