ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A dobhártya rekonstrukciójára alkalmazott ún. „overlaid” (szerző elnevezése szerint „C”) technikának az az előnye, hogy segítségével bármilyen kiteijedt dobhártya-lézió megoldható. Hátránya a tympanomeatalis szöglet kitelődésének (blunting) vagy a novomembrán lateralizációjának lehetősége.
Szerző ismerteti ezen nemkívánatos helyzet korrekciójára alkalmazott módszerét, amit eddig 7 esetben alkalmazott. Az anatómiai eredmény megfelelő. Kérdéses jelenleg, hogy érdemes-e a hallócsontláncolat rekonstrukcióját is egyidejűleg elvégezni, vagy ajánlatos-e várni a novomembrán stabilizációjáig?

Stabilization of the of the "laterization” of the novomembrane.
The so-called “overlaid” technique (:denoted “C” by the author:) used for the reconstruction of the tympanic membrane has the advantage that by its use, any extended lesion of the tympanic membrane may be treated with good success. On the other hand, its disadvantage is the blunting of the tympanomeatal angle or the possibility of the lateralization of the novomembrane.
The author describes his method used in 7 cases so far - for the correction of this undesirable situation. Satisfactory anatomical result has been obtained. The problem, which actually arises, whether the reconstruction of the ossicle chain is worse while to be performed simultaneously, or it is advisable to wait up to the stabilization of the novomembrane?
