ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A tympanometria - mint objektív eljárás - a hagyományos fülészeti vizsgáló módszerek mellett jelentó's diagnosztikus értékkel bír a pre- és posztoperatív státus megítélésében. Nem nélkülözhetők az egyéb fülészeti vizsgálatok eredményei, csak mindezek együttes figyelembevételével segít a helyes dobüregi státus felismeréséhez.
SUMMARY
Clinical experiences gained with tympanometry.
The practical clinical possibilities and the value of the tympanometric examination are discussed. The main causes of the hearing impairment of conductive type and developed in case of closed tympanic membrane- as well as the most characteristic tympanograms are presented. Besides the characteristic curve types also the tympanograms are demonstrated, which are-in dependence of the state of the tympanic membrane and the habitual conditions of auditory ossicle chain-similarly of pathognostic importance, as well in regard to the fixation or the interruption of the auditory ossicle chain, or in respect to the disturbance of the tubal function and its consecutive conditions.
The author’s clinical experiences as regards the tympanometric characteristics of the patients after tympanoplasties and recovered with closed, pneumatized tympanic cavity are discussed.
