ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők akusztikailag kiváltott lassú kérgi válaszokat vizsgálták normál hallókon, Madsen ERA 74 típusú objektív audiométerrel. Csaknem 500 átlagolt görbe alapján megállapították 1000 Hz-es segítségével 90 dB-től 10 dB-ként csökkenő erősség értékeken a kapott görbe jellemző paramétereit: amplitúdó nagyságát, látenciáját, frekvenciafüggőségét. Ismertetik a vizsgálati körülményeket. Sorozatvizsgálat révén lehetőség nyílik a hallásküszöb megállapítására is. Részletes irodalmi adatok alapján áttekintik az objektív-komputer-audiometriás eljárásokat, és azok felhasználhatóságát az idegi nagyothallások topodiagnosztikájában.
SUMMARY
Examination of the slow cortical response elicited by acoustic stimulus in individuals with normal hearing.
The slow cortical responses elicited acoustically in individuals with normal hearing have been examined by the authors, using objective audiometer of Madsen ERA 74 type. The examinations have been performed on the basis of nearly 500 averaged curves, and in values, whose intensity decreased from 90 dB each 10 dB. The characteristic parameters of the obtained curve: amplitude, grade, latency and frequency dependence have been determined. The conditions of the examinations are defined. By means of serial examinations an opportunity is given also for the determination of the auditory threshold. On the basis of detailed literary data the objective computer audiometric methods and their utility in the topo-diagnostics of the neural hearing impairment are reviewed.
