ÖSSZEFOGLALÁS:
A szerzők a Szegedi Fül-orr-gégeklinikán 1977. november 1. és 1978. november 30. között kilenc homloküregi muco- és pyokelés esetük kapcsán ismertetik a betegség aetiologiáját, tünettanát, diagnosztikáját és a műtéti therpiát. Hangsúlyozzák a Jansen-Ritter szerinti Uffenorde plasztikával végzett parciális homloküregműtét előnyeit. Ha a folyamathoz intracraniális szövődmény nem társul, ezt a műtéti megoldást ajánlják.
SUMMARY
Surgical treatment of fronto- ethmoideal muco- and pyocele.
On the basis of the treatment of 9 patients with muco- and pyocele in the frontal sinus, hospitalized between November 1, 1977 and November 30, 1978 in the Otorhinolaryngological Department of the University Medical School, Szeged, the aetiology, the symptomatology, the diagnosis and the surgical treatment of this disease are discussed by the authors. The advantages of the partial intervention in the frontal sinus performed with Uffenorde’s plastics according to Jansen- Ritter are pointed out. If no intracranial complication occurs, this surgical method is recommended by the authors.
